June 2026
We are delighted to announce that Cityspace has been appointed to deliver a comprehensive refurbishment of Jupiter Asset Management’s London headquarters, located within the Zig Zag Building in Victoria, London.
The project spans approximately 70,000 square feet across the 7th, 8th and 9th floors and will support a workforce of around 800 employees as Jupiter acquires CCLA Investment Management.
Scheduled over a 30-week programme in six carefully managed phases, completion is expected in September 2026. This commission represents the 36th project undertaken by Cityspace for Jupiter, and the largest to date.
Supporting a merged and evolving business
With great sensitivity, Cityspace is working closely with the client to deliver a workplace that cohesively merges two distinct cultures and will align departmental adjacencies to reflect the newly combined business structure. This project will deliver a complete refurbishment of Jupiter’s existing office, stripping back the current environment to create a unified workplace that brings together Jupiter and CCLA under a single, cohesive identity.
The introduction of agile working practices will accommodate varied workstyles and will support team integration and day-to-day efficiency, post-acquisition. This will be achieved through expanded collaborative zones, informal meeting areas and furniture that facilitates interactive work as well as focused, individual work.
Key highlights include the remodel of the 9th floor meeting suite, an upgraded commercial kitchen and enhanced hospitality spaces designed to host clients. A town hall auditorium will also be introduced with a 100-person capacity, along with flexible meeting and presentation spaces.
Responsible delivery and sustainability
The large-scale refurbishment will be delivered while the building remains fully operational. The phased approach will ensure continuous occupation throughout construction, ensuring minimal disruption to day-to-day business activities.
Reflecting shared sustainability values between Jupiter and Cityspace, a significant proportion of existing furniture will be responsibly recycled through a third-party partner. This will ensure that redundant assets are repurposed or redistributed wherever possible to minimise landfill.
Positioning for long-term growth
The delivery of the new office is positioned to support Jupiter and CCLA through significant organisational changes and endeavours to support the client in their key strategic objective of increasing scale within the UK. The redesign will establish a new setting that reflects the combined business and supports its future direction.
Cityspace is proud to be undertaking the project, reflecting a long-standing partnership with the client.
