Client Brief
Cityspace were selected to design and build a space that reflected our client’s business culture, whilst at the same time inspire creativity and promote staff wellbeing. 

Design Challenges & Considerations
The relocation workspace was located on a lower ground floor. This created a number of design challenges, given that light was only available on two sides of the building. Open plan desking was located to maximise natural light for staff and the use of natural planting and timber effect flooring, softened the working environment.
 
Key Project Achievements
City Asset Management desired the overall project design to reflect their brand as a long established investment firm. The meeting room and reception suite were created to include a large boardroom with an acoustic dividing wall and full AV facilities.
